The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested a police officer and two vigilante members for alleged assault and misconduct following the circulation of a viral video that sparked outrage across social media platforms.
Inspector Ibrahim Usman, attached to the Divisional Police Headquarters in Jimeta, along with Papa Andema and Lele Audu, members of a local vigilante group, were taken into custody on Monday after being identified in a disturbing video allegedly assaulting a tricyclist.
