
President Bola Tinubu has signed into law the Federal University of Environment and Technology, Ogoni Establishment Bill 2024, officially paving the way for the creation of a specialized institution dedicated to environmental and technological studies in Ogoni Land, Rivers State.
The newly established university will have two campuses within Ogoni, serving as a center for research, innovation, and education in environmental sustainability and technological advancement.
