In a remarkable display of compassion and dedication to his people, Hon. Ismaila Haruna Dabo, the member representing Toro Federal Constituency, has launched the distribution of Ramadan packages worth over N200 million, set to benefit more than 10,000 constituents. This initiative comes as a lifeline to many facing economic hardship during the holy month of Ramadan.

The flag-off ceremony, attended by local government party leaders led by Barr. Bala Y. Umar, highlighted Hon. Dabo’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of his community. The Ramadan packages, filled with essential items, aim to ease the financial burden on families, fostering a spirit of togetherness and support during the sacred period.

Beyond immediate relief, Hon. Dabo’s vision for sustainable development shone through as he commissioned two critical projects in Ribina and Gayawa communities. The projects — six blocks of classrooms and a solar-powered borehole — promise to transform the educational landscape and enhance access to clean water, improving both learning conditions and public health.

The commissioning of these projects marks a significant milestone in Hon. Dabo’s ongoing efforts to uplift Toro Federal Constituency. Sarkin Ribina, speaking on behalf of his community, lauded the lawmaker as the most impactful representative since the return of democracy in 1999, underscoring the tangible benefits of Dabo’s work.

With additional projects underway and others nearing completion, Hon. Dabo remains steadfast in his mission to drive progress across the constituency. In his speech, he expressed gratitude for his constituents’ unwavering support and prayers, acknowledging them as the driving force behind his resolve to attract more development.

His leadership is not just a beacon of hope but a catalyst for lasting change, inspiring optimism and resilience within the communities he serves.
