Air Peace announced delays to some of its flights on Tuesday after heavy rainfall disrupted operations in Lagos.

In a statement signed by spokesperson Osifo-Whiskey Efe, the airline said the downpour affected schedules across its network, though passenger safety remains its top priority.

“We wish to inform you that due to the heavy downpour of rain in Lagos this morning, some flights across our operating networks will be delayed,” the airline said.

Air Peace noted that while the weather was beyond its control, efforts were being made to minimise disruptions and ensure safe travel. The carrier urged passengers to contact its customer service channels for updated schedules.

“Safety is not just a priority but a core commitment. We remain dedicated to upholding the highest safety standards for our passengers and crew,” it added.
