Sporting Supreme Football Club’s Head Coach, Daniel Itodo, has expressed unwavering optimism regarding his team’s prospects in the Nigeria National League (NNL). Despite facing challenges in their inaugural season, Itodo believes that the club is on the right path toward achieving promotion to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

Under Itodo’s leadership, the club has made significant strides. Notably, they secured an away victory against Kebbi United with a 2-1 scoreline, showcasing their competitive edge. Additionally, the team’s proactive approach was evident when they traveled by air to Yola for their match against Adamawa United, ensuring optimal preparation and minimizing player fatigue.

Reflecting on the team’s journey, Itodo emphasized the importance of maintaining focus and determination. He acknowledged the challenges ahead but remains confident in the squad’s ability to overcome obstacles and achieve their promotion aspirations.

As the NNL season progresses, all eyes will be on Sporting Supreme FC to see if they can translate their optimism and hard work into a coveted spot in the NPFL.
