Matthias Anwana Gangl, owner and chief executive officer of OneUp Football Agency, has facilitated the transfer of midfielder Larissa Rusek from Germany’s 1. FC Nürnberg Women to Juventus Women Football Club, following the player’s impressive half-season in the Frauen-Bundesliga.

Mr Gangl, an Austria-based attorney and FIFA-licensed football agent, oversaw the move after Rusek’s consistent performances in Germany drew interest from several European clubs.

The transfer to Juventus Women marks a significant step in Rusek’s career, placing her among Europe’s elite women’s football teams and offering opportunities to compete for both domestic and continental honours.

Industry observers say the deal reflects Rusek’s rapid development and form, as well as Mr Gangl’s growing influence in European women’s football. His dual background in law and player representation played a key role in navigating contractual negotiations and ensuring a structured transition for the player.

Speaking through OneUp Football Agency, Mr Gangl described the move as a “natural progression” in Rusek’s career, noting that Juventus Women provides a competitive environment aligned with her long-term professional growth.

OneUp Football Agency has continued to expand its presence across Europe, positioning itself as a player-focused agency that combines legal expertise with elite football representation.

With Juventus Women securing a promising midfield talent and OneUp Football Agency strengthening its footprint in the women’s game, the transfer represents a notable development for all parties involved.
