Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has extended warm wishes to the Muslim community nationwide as they mark the Eid-el-Kabir festival.

In a goodwill message commemorating the occasion, Mrs. Tinubu highlighted the importance of the season as a moment for selflessness, empathy, and devotion.

“As Muslims observe this sacred holiday, it presents an opportunity to reflect on values such as sacrifice, obedience, compassion, and faith,” she said.

She encouraged citizens to express kindness by reaching out to those in need and fostering a spirit of support within communities.

“Extend a helping hand to neighbors, especially the underprivileged. Let love and generosity define this celebration,” the First Lady noted.

Mrs. Tinubu also appealed to Nigerians to use the festive season as a moment of prayer for the nation’s peace and prosperity.

“As we rejoice, let us also remember to seek divine guidance for our country’s continued stability and development,” she added.

She concluded her remarks with a message of goodwill, wishing all Muslims a joyful and meaningful Eid celebration.

“Eid Mubarak to all,” she said.
