The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and the Bank of Industry (BOI) are exploring potential areas of collaboration to enhance service delivery to Nigerians. This was the focus of discussions when NEMA’s Director-General, Zubaida Umar, paid a courtesy visit to the Managing Director of BOI, Dr. Olasupo Olusi, in Abuja.

The visit underscores the commitment of both institutions to strengthening partnerships that will improve emergency response, disaster management, and economic recovery efforts. By leveraging BOI’s financial expertise and NEMA’s disaster management capabilities, the collaboration aims to support communities affected by emergencies through innovative relief and rehabilitation programs.

Both parties expressed their readiness to work together on initiatives that will bolster resilience and ensure more effective service delivery nationwide. Further engagements are expected to define specific areas of cooperation and implementation strategies.
