Chelsea Football Club will part company with four players at the end of June as their current deals approach expiration, marking the end of their time at Stamford Bridge.

Among those leaving is Finnish shot-stopper Lucas Bergstrom, who departs after six years with the club. Bergstrom arrived from Turun Palloseura during the 2018/19 season and progressed through the youth ranks. While primarily involved with the Academy sides, he also featured on the bench for the senior squad multiple times, including during Chelsea’s UEFA Conference League final triumph over Real Betis.

Another goalkeeper, Eddie Beach, is also heading for the exit. The Wales U21 international joined from Southampton in 2022 and was named in the matchday squad for two Premier League fixtures last season. He also spent time on loan with various clubs, most recently Crawley Town.

Luke Campbell, who played a key role for the Under-18s in their title-winning 2023/24 Premier League Southern campaign, is the third goalkeeper to move on. He spent the early part of the season on loan at Hendon and made three appearances with the Under-21 squad after returning.

The fourth departure is Dylan Williams, whose switch to Burton Albion was finalized earlier and appears on the Premier League’s official list of released players.

Chelsea has extended its appreciation to all four for their service and wished them success as they begin the next phase of their professional journeys.
